How do the 24-hour rates work? +

Each package covers 24 hours from your check-in time. For example, checking in at 2:00 PM on October 10 with one package means check-out at 2:00 PM on October 11.

Is my online request a confirmed booking? +

No. Staff will review your request, confirm availability and send a quote. Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment is verified.

How do I pay? +

We accept Cash and GCash. Payment details are sent with your quote. Uploaded payment screenshots are checked by staff before your reservation is confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy? +

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time make room reservation payments non-refundable. Earlier cancellations are reviewed by management.

How many guests can stay in a room? +

Each room type has a maximum number of guests shown on its room page. Larger groups can book more than one room.
