Booking & cancellation policy

Booking requests submitted online are not confirmed bookings. Staff will review availability and send a quote.

A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment (downpayment or full payment, as quoted) is received and verified.

Rates are per 24-hour package: your stay ends 24 hours after your check-in time for each package booked.

Cancellation

If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time, all room reservation payments are non-refundable.

For cancellations made earlier than 48 hours before check-in, please contact us; requests are reviewed by management.

No-shows and early departures are reviewed by management.

Example

For a scheduled check-in of October 10 at 2:00 PM, a cancellation made on or after October 8 at 2:00 PM (but before arrival) is within the 48-hour non-refundable window.
